Pseudohypoparathyroidism (PHP) is a disorder of hormone resistance characterized by end-organ resistance to the actions of parathyroid hormone (PTH). Hypoparathyroidism is a rare disease manifesting as hypocalcemic seizures, developmental delay, sluggishness, paresthesias and/or dyskinesia.
