Pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS) is a rare congenital pituitary anatomical defect with endocrine abnormalities. The triad of this syndrome comprises thin or interrupted pituitary stalk, absent or ectopic posterior lobe, and hypoplastic or aplastic anterior pituitary lobe.
