Background: Osteoporosis-pseudoglioma syndrome (OPPG), rare autosomal recessive entity, is characterized by juvenile osteoporosis, bone deformities, neuromotor retardation, and congenital blindness. This syndrome is due to the loss-of-function mutation in LRP5 (Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5).
