Introduction: Pituitary deficiency, or hypopituitarism, is defined by insufficient synthesis of one or more anterior pituitary hormones (growth hormone, TSH, ACTH, LHFSH, prolactin) associated or not with diabetes insipidus (ADH deficiency).
