Objectives: Vosoritide is a C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) analog that binds its receptor on chondrocytes, promoting growth by inhibiting the ERK1/2-MAPK pathway. We previously reported the results of a Phase II study in children with hypochondroplasia.
