Introduction: Variegated mosaic aneuploidy syndrome (MVA) is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by a variable percentage of chromosomal gains and losses, resulting in multiple mosaic aneuploidies, which explains a great phenotypic variety and may predispose to the development of cancer.
