Intravenous pamidronate is the most commonly prescribed bisphosphonate in pediatrics and most data on efficacy and safety of pamidronate comes from studies on Osteogenesis imperfecta. We describe a case of a 14-year-old boy who presented with steroid induced osteoporosis.
