Vosoritide is a C-type Natriuretic Peptide (CNP) analogue therapy for treatment of achondroplasia. Vosoritide acts on growth plate chondrocytes through the Natriuretic Peptide Receptor-B to stimulate increased endochondral bone growth, leading to increased growth velocity in treated subjects.
