We report a case of a 6-year-old girl who presented to our clinic with virilizing symptoms (clitoromegaly, acne and pubic/axillary hair), in addition to elevated androgen levels. She was firstly misdiagnosed as a case of non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia; due to the severely elevated 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) level.
