Context: Children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and adrenal insufficiency (AI) require hydrocortisone replacement from birth. Continuous monitoring of therapy during growth is necessary. Until now, children were dependent on off label use with divided hydrocortisone tablets or pharmacy compounded capsules.
